About These Terms

Bof Prime is the trade name of B Trade LLC, Company Number 1733 LLC 2023, formed as a Limited Liability Company in accordance with the Limited Liability Companies Act, Cap 151 of the Revised Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines 2009, registered address 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown.

These terms apply to the website only. Any liquidity, execution, white label or connectivity service arranged by the firm is governed by a separate written agreement, and in the event of a conflict that agreement prevails over these terms in respect of the service it covers.

Eligibility

The website is intended for professional and institutional clients and eligible counterparties, including retail brokers, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, money managers, introducing brokers, trading academies, fintech firms, white label partners and API traders. By using the website, you confirm that you fall within these categories and that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful. The website is not directed at retail or non-professional clients, or at any person in a jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law.

No Offer or Advice

The content of the website is provided for general information about the firm and its capabilities, including its multi-asset liquidity, execution, Position Keeper, FIX API connectivity and risk management offering. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation or recommendation to enter into any transaction, nor does it constitute investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing on the website should be relied on as the basis for any decision. Independent professional advice should be obtained where appropriate.

Partners and the BOF Ecosystem

BOF Prime sources liquidity and works alongside trusted technology partners and the wider BOF ecosystem. In a white label arrangement, the firm supplies the liquidity and its technology partners supply the platform. Banking and payment services, including corporate accounts, IBANs, international payments, merchant solutions, cards and PSP services, are made available through BOF Pay. These partners and services operate under their own agreements and terms. The firm is not responsible for the products, content or practices of third party partners, and any reference to them on the website does not imply that the firm controls them.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation, integrity or security of the website;
• copy, reproduce, scrape or republish content except as permitted by these terms;
• misrepresent your identity or your eligibility to access the website.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the BOF Prime and BOF ecosystem names and brands, and design, are owned by or licensed to the firm and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own internal reference. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution or modification, requires the firm's prior written consent.

Availability

The firm aims to keep the website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be suspended, withdrawn or restricted, in whole or in part, for operational, maintenance or other reasons, without notice.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are made available on an as is and as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, the firm makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose of the website or its content. Statements about execution speed, fills, performance during volatility and similar matters are indicative and depend on market conditions, the relevant providers and factors outside the firm's control. The firm does not warrant that the website will be free of errors, viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the firm against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

Governing Law

These terms and any matter arising from them are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your place of residence.

These terms may be amended from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
